Exceptions not eligible for return or refund include:

2. How to initiate a return or refund

3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.
If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Refunds apply to product cost only, unless the item was defective, damaged, or sent in error.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect.

5. Late or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund yet:

6. International orders
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Duties, customs fees, and import taxes are non-refundable.
If an international package is undeliverable due to refusal or incorrect address, a restocking fee may apply, and shipping from the original order will not be refunded.

We will work to resolve issues in compliance with PayPal, Stripe, Klarna, and Shopify Payments policies.
